This photo tour is for everyone who loves traveling and photography. This workshop requires a DSLR, Wide angle lens, a telephoto or Macro lens and a tripod.

Transfagarasan Road Drive – is considered the most beautiful road in Romania and even in the world. During the entire season, from June  to November, this place keeps its beautiful appearance. During autumn the trees turn beautiful brass, yellow, and red colours. The road climbs up to Balea Lake through the forests and the winding mountain roads, the colorful trees and sceneries are stunning, especially when the sun is up. The road altitude here is of 2,042 meters (6,699 ft) the Second Highest Mountain in Romania after the Transalpina.

TransAlpina Road Drive – TransAlpina The highest road in Romania altitude 2145 meters 7040 feet. The most beautiful part is once passed Ranca and Obarsia Lotrului. This section of the road has dry valleys with short grass and steep mountain peaks. Once passed Obarsia Lotrului, the road goes deep into the forest and here, and in October and November the trees are beautiful with all shades of the warm colours.

Sarmisegetuza Regia – Hidden deep within a forest and completely detached from civilization. The Dacians’ land and legend, its location in the mountains, and the natural landscape surrounding it will definitely make an unforgettable trip.  Beautiful brassy colour of the fall leaves and the sun shining softly through the trees is a great subject to photograph.

Foliage is the best time to visit Transylvania for its incredible colorful trees. We’ll be getting up early morning to hike Transylvanian mountains, and creating amazing phots of foliage. The scenery of Transylvanian mountains will be stunning, inspiring and alive with all its unique colors of autumn.
